Established in 1986 as a part time entity, Federal Maintenance Services’ slow and steady growth over the years has made it necessary to expand to a full time service in order to accommodate a growing clientele.  Working closely with property managers for the past 25 years has allowed our firm to gain the experience and knowledge needed to satisfy the service demands of the facilities maintenance industry. We are also fully computerized and automated for the convenience of our clientele.

Insurance Coverage
We carry comprehensive general and automobile insurance in conjunction with workers compensation and can name separate entities as additional insured on our policies. We are fully insured with 2 million general liability, 1 million commercial autos and 1 million worker compensation coverage policies.

Tim Garcia - President

Clay Garcia - Vice President

Tim Garcia founded FMS, Inc. in 1986 and provides over 25 years of experience in the construction and general maintenance industry. He realized the importance of combining the prompt execution of services and acute attention to detail in order to provide state of the art maintenance and sweeping services for commercial properties.
Clay Garcia prices, coordinates and supervises all maintenance related work and services, as well as assists clients in the implementation of regularly scheduled maintenance work which may include pressure washing, window cleaning, sidewalk canopy cleaning, etc.
Chris Ansell - Project Manager Cyndie Thomas - Manager-Key Accounts
Chris Ansell develops, organizes, coordinates and schedules all construction projects and related work. He also works closely with all levels of property management, facility managers and leasing agents with regard to construction services.

Cyndie Thomas manages and coordinates all facets of the company’s administration departments. Duties include but are not limited to: accounting, payroll, scheduling, facility management, etc. She also plays an important role in providing assistance to both the maintenance and construction departments.

Josh Morejon - Project Superintendent

Ashley Forbes - IT Manager

Josh Morejon coordinates, schedules, and supervises all maintenance, portering, and sweeping programs for high end retail shopping center projects. His responsibilities involve close interfacing with property and facility managers, subcontractors and vendors.

Ashley Forbes manages all facets of company electronic communication, technological equipment and company cell phones. She interfaces and assists with outside IT support groups, in addition to being responsible for account payables and receivables.
